Responsibilities:

1. Assist in implementing the Workday Journey for new hire onboarding
2. Provide support for Project Temus to automate HR reporting and tracking, perform
3. User Acceptance Testing, data cleansing and verifications as needed.
4. Review and manage HR data and records management in line with IM requirements.
5. Conduct HR data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and support strategic decision-making.
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics using tools such as Tableau.
7. Assist in automating and improving HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
8. Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
