Major Functions:

To provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations in RPI Group.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resources

• Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
• Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
• Update and manage employee records.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
• Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
• Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative

• Oversee all administrative tasks in the office.
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system.
• Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems including filing of MOUs and vendor contracts.
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings.
• Provide administrative support for the team lead such as meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries, and attend to office security matters.

A Food Outlet Manager is a person who serves as the captain of hospitality company staff with goals like providing exceptional customer service. Outlet managers are highly motivated personnel, committed to their superior and have great management and organizational skills. They usually work together with the company’s senior or executive chef and work under the close supervision of a general manager.

Duties of a Food Outlet Manager

• Food Outlet Managers are responsible for company’s outlet performance like personnel management, beverage and foods and other services and operations. They monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction.
• The Food Outlet Manager interacts with their clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met. An outlet manager communicates with other departments in order make sure that customers’ needs are satisfied and met. They make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed. They also deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.
• The manager is responsible in recruiting team professional as well as qualified staff who is dedicated to provide great services. They organize appointments and meetings for staff, change menu and other matters related to their line of work and implement trainings for employees if needed. Outlet managers focus on safety and health standards in order to make sure that their teams have good knowledge on safe working condition.
• The Food Outlet Manager is in-charge of performance and sales of the company and ensures that the company’s profits and goals are met. They take monthly inventories with their supplies and maintain an optimum stock level so as to meet their customer’s demand. They avoid excess and detect waste for optimum profit without affecting the company’s performance.

• Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy
• Handle the full function of HR which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relation
• Payroll management and processing
• Lead and coordinate key HR processes such as annual performance evaluation and salary review
• Preparing Job Description, sourcing of job posting portals, and coordinating, and participating in the interviews and reference checks.
• Implement employee-relations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
• Handling employee relations, grievances and counselling
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Create and update policies and procedures
• Provide advisory and support on Operational matters
• Perform analysis such as learning needs analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track programme impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes
• Develop methodologies and training evaluations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Ensuring a systematic and structured training policy and programs are put in place to upgrade the level of service standards.

Key Attributes:

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role in security industry
• Proven track record as an effective Human Resource professional and the ability to lead and motivate
• Familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations
• Business acumen and strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
• Tactful with pleasant and outgoing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

-Arranging & conducting of interviews to qualify candidates

Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma/Degree

-Candidates without prior experience are welcome

-Able to multi-task, as well as, work in a fast paced & collaborative environment

-Quick thinking and resourceful to deal with the volatile nature of job

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder management skills

-Good planning and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen the right talents to fill various positions from entry-level to C-Level positions in multiple industries eg. engineering, retail, pharmaceutical, logistics, etc.
• Interview candidates through phone/video call/ face-to-face.
• Meet monthly individual sales targets & KPI.
• Provide assistance to candidates throughout their job application processes until successful offering and onboarding in hiring companies.
