• Lead a team of experienced Building Executives in managing the building operations and facilities, including outsourcing services
• Manage, supervise, and check on the quality of work delivered by the team and vendors. Ensure that the routine maintenance works and services are carried out satisfactorily and adequately.

• Liaise with all relevant authorities on the building, apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates. Manage and maintain proper records, files, correspondence, and documents.
