• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Air Operations Manager to oversee and lead the Air Export team.
• Ensure the Air Operations staff consistently meets or exceeds service agreements according to customer standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operational activities and streamline work processes.
• Effectively address customer complaints and requirements, proposing corrective action plans.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategize, monitor and implement rotational schedules for the Air Export team.
• Ensure compliance with shipment requirements and meet KPI.
• Provide leadership to the Air Export team, offering relevant training as needed.
• Guarantee the timely and accurate provision of all freight documents to customers.
• Investigate and develop corrective action plans for non-conformance issues, exceptions, and problem escalations.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in a Relevant Discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Air Operations (Import & Export) is highly preferred
• Willingness to work at Changi Airfreight Cargo
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within and across the company
• Flexible and well-organized
• Positive attitude, strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service
