• Engage in the full spectrum of HR activities including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, probation, work pass applications, performance reviews, off-boarding etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant and acceptable work experience in HR
• Proven record of high-volume recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Ability to search using LinkedIn Recruiter and with other methods (Forums, networking, local job boards etc.).
• Knowledge of the local labour regulations is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation and organisation – with attention to details
• Ability to balance multiple tasks/roles at once, using sound judgment and prioritizing as necessary to accomplish company goals.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people with all levels of experience and backgrounds internally and externally.

Job Description:

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day sales activities in Cambodia, Myanmar and Indonesia

• Co-ordinate closely with Regional Sales Team, follow up after receiving Sales Contract;

• Conceptualizing and organizing marketing activities for project/sales

• Responsible for sales results and attain sales targets

• Responsible of advice customer on due date payment
• Provide quotations/proposals, negotiate and secure long-term contracts

• Handle customer enquiries and ensure their request and needs are met

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activities reports

• Handle existing client base, source for new clients and follow up with potential customers after exhibition

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Description:
