Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the academy including monitoring and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with operational requirements.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure the quality of student care services, including academic support, recreational activities, and meal services.
• Manage the academy's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and conducive for all activities.

Parent Engagement:

Administration Task:

1. Control the registration and distribution of project technical drawings and revisions, if any.

2. Ensure that all site engineering queries and discrepancies are put up and resolved in writing via the issues of “Request for Information/Technical Query” and “Confirmation of Verbal Instructions” to the appropriate consultants.
