How you will thrive and create an impact:

As a Regional Marketing and Communication Manager, you will act as a business partner to LSS BU leaders in the region to implement marketing communication strategies to support Avantor's LSS business segment and proprietary brands within the AMEA region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets and in line with the Asia Strategy Plan.

Reporting to the Group Brand and Marketing Director and the School Principal, the Parent Liaison Manager will work closely with other relevant internal departments to market and promote EtonHouse International School to the international and local community in Singapore.

Enquiry Management

• Ensure the PLE team captures all new enquiries (calls, email, online leads, walk-in's etc.) in the CRM system from the date of receipt.
• Ensure the PLE team records all appropriate information into the CRM system. Ensure the PLE team contact all new enquiries are followed up by phone or e-mail within 1 working day. Overseas phone calls can be made using the CRM.
• Ensure the PLE team emails the prospect parent the school tour confirmation details
• Ensure the PLE team contacts the prospect parent 1 days before to re-confirm their appointment (email where necessary) and use the CRM calendar tool to do so.
• Post school tour; ensure the PLE team sends a post tour email within 1 working day after the school tour.
• Ensure the PLE team tracks and note all comments within the CRM in a timely manner and update their status.
• Ensure the PLE team follow-up with all post tour parents by calling them 3 days post tour to check their status, or any other questions. Use the sequence' tool and the templates' in the CRM to connect with families.
• Ensure the PLE team arranges any follow-up meetings i.e. principals, assessments within 1 week post tour.
• Review the status of all enquiries from the CRM reporting (pre/post tour) ensure that the PLE's are following up with their prospect parents.
• Compile tour templates learning stories for PLE team to improve the school tour.
• Ensure that you receive all class newsletters and keep abreast of what is happening in the school to aid the school tour, especially upper primary & secondary.
• Review and shadow the PLE's around school tours to ensure they are promoting the school in the right light i.e. curriculum, stories, facts etc.
• Continuous review of the school tour process with the PLE's from start to end, i.e. explaining about EtonHouse, Curriculum, application documents etc. Ensure a 5-star customer service to parents.
• Support families for student pass applications and the team wherever required to facilitate these conversations with agents or parents directly
• Engage in all induction courses and professional development sessions facilitated by HQ
• Ensure that the data in the CRM is updated at all times to facilitate accurate reports and trends
• Update parent status in the CRM and engage with them intentionally to nurture them through the funnel
• Train and induct new joiners and existing members of the PLE team to use best practice in CX and use of technology platforms
• Update the AI bot templates on a regular basis to keep them relevant and use campaigns from time to time to remarket and enhance conversions

Open House/Weekly School Tours

• Lead the organisation of open days from managing the RSVP list to organising the relevant groups, schedule of the day and follow up.
• Ensure the PLE team confirms attendance 2-3 days before the Open House. The team also follows up with a phone call.
• Allocate school tour groups for each school coordinator
• Brief school coordinators as to the set-up for the open house
• Ensure the school is clean/set-up ready for open house.
• Work with the kitchen to ensure food etc. is provided and setup
• Facilitate the content of the sharing by the principal and/or other members of the leadership team.

This role requires a broad level of experience and understanding of strategic sourcing of Logistics service (i.e. transportation, warehousing, brokerage, crating and packaging), supply chain management, 3rd party logistics, warehousing best practices, transportation management, crating/packaging, contract management, reverse logistics, service parts logistics, and key supplier relationship management.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Logistics & Packaging Commodity Business Management and will be responsible for:

• Conduct Supplier Capability Assessments and Negotiations

• Perform / Support Global Rate Structures & Bid Analytics
• Manage programs which identify best in class suppliers and initiate onboarding of new suppliers to support strategic objectives
   

Supplier Management

• Standardize measurement of SLAs from contracts
• Define a globally uniform supplier performance reporting standard
• Host Supplier Management Cadence meetings
• Track performance management
• Identify performance deficiencies
• Identify non-conformance in execution
• Collaborate internally and externally to correct performance trend and drive supplier continuous improvement
   

Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partner and directly (or indirectly) lead within a matrix, multi-site, global, cross functional team consisting of representatives from operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, and other internal organizations, and all levels and functions within the commodity supply base.
 

Key requirements to ensure success in the role include specific commodity knowledge of international and domestic transportation (heavyweight air, ocean, parcel ground/air, and trucking), warehousing, crating and packaging, and other related logistics activities deemed necessary to support a World Class Global Supply Chain.  This role requires research, analysis and understanding of the supply market drivers for each of the above commodities. In addition, it requires the ability to assess and anticipate sources of supply/capacity risk before they become reality, and to prepare recommendations to mitigate such risks.

Position requires always understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards. This includes demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct reflecting Applied Materials' core values
 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in evaluating and managing new and existing suppliers with a high degree of supply chain industry experience, either through operational responsibility, consulting or sourcing.
• Experience delivering results within a global organization and has a comprehensive understanding of the domestic and international supply chain for transportation, warehousing, and crating/packaging operations.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred
• Coupa sourcing (or similar software) optimization tool experience preferred
   

Knowledge

• General knowledge of supply chain management, commodity management, procurement, materials management, contracting, manufacturing processes, business/finance, knowledge of commodity and an understanding of commodity strategies.
• Specific commodity knowledge of international and domestic Transportation (heavyweight air, ocean, parcel ground/air, and trucking), Warehousing, Crating & Packaging, and other related Logistics activities deemed necessary to support a World Class Global Supply Chain
   

Skills

• Requires strong commercial negotiation, project management and leadership skills as well as demonstrated expertise in problem solving, change management, stakeholder management and time management.
• Requires excellent interpersonal, communication (both written & verbal), and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly.
• Proven financial and business acumen are paramount and must ensure the Global Logistics organization remains a market leader by staying abreast of industry trends through participation in industry and trade associations.
• Requires high proficiency with MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
• Oral and written fluency in English.
• If based in Asia, Oral and written fluency in Mandarin
   

Education

• BA/BS business, engineering, logistics, supply chain or other related field is required
• MBA preferred
• Certification by NAPM and/or APICS preferred

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

12. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

13. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.

14. Negotiating contracts and fee, booking venue and handling publicity.

15. Foster and strengthen teamwork.
