The Role:
- Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
- Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems
- Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and provide status information
- Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation
- Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
Job Requirements:
- Possess more than 3 years of application project management experience.
- Possess at least 1 full Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in systems integration and/or implementation.
- Knowledgeable in networks, network products or development of products.
- Familiar with network infrastructure.
- Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed project goals.
- Project management certification like PMP or equivalent.
- ITIL and CISSP is an added advantage.
- Work Location: Jurong East.
