RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Process Analyst provides support to the Executive Team (Head of IT, Team Leads) by analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of evaluating, framing, documenting and improving through automation and digitalization.

This is a full-time position for an IT System Engineer at SPD Scientific. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as troubleshooting, technical support, system administration, and network administration. • Collaborate with support team leaders to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in the IT support processes and workflows.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance the IT support team’s capabilities and efficiency.
• Accompany DevOps engineer and project team to enforce CI/CD pipeline best practices

Qualifications and Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT production support, task automation, with script and/or software development experience.
• Proficient in some scripting languages such as Python, Java or Perl.
• Experience with automation of tasks using Generative AI tools
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD environment and tools
• Good knowledge in SQL
• Knowledge on GUI automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
• Experience with with DevOps and SRE practices and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales, revenue target by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers.
• To identify and develop new business opportunities, develop a portfolio of key customers in major local and multinational companies
• To establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with nominated accounts and develop long term partnership with them.
• To formulate a Sales & Marketing Strategy and assist Head of Dept. to deploy effective marketing events to our target customers.
• To review & analyze the market situation and report to senior management periodically.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in IT & Telecom industry with proven sales track record.
• Sound knowledge in selling IPLC, IEPL, MPLS IPVPN, IP related products and ICT Solutions/Services such as IDC and Call Centre businesses.
• China Market Experience will be preferable.
• Require to send report in both English & Chinese to clients
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity.
• Occasional travel is required
