As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will focus on growing consideration marketing objective and ensure the success of our customers, including advertisers, agencies/partners, and internal stakeholders. You will lead programs that drive growth of our clients and partners and will represent our diverse product portfolio with the focus on performance campaigns. Additionally, you will develop and drive narratives and Go-To-Market solutions for Agencies and Partners around our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), while identifying product gaps and communicating them to cross-functional teams in order to consolidate and influence product direction.

• Define and drive product initiatives and achieve goals that deliver meaningful impact to users, advertisers, agencies, partners, and Google’s growth.
• Manage and define the solutions roadmap for the market and partner with Sales teams to enable them to co-achieve in-market growth objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in Sales, Business Strategy, Product Planning, Product Specialist, or Marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with customer facing engagements and leading client meetings.
• Understanding of Google's advertising products.
• Ability to create strategic data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional business judgment.

This IT System Engineer role reports to the IT Team Lead to maintain, implement projects, and enhance the IT Infrastructure not limited but included on server, network, security and so on. Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support for the company's users, good IT career advancement and IT infrastructure environment for technical hands-on opportunity.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure services provided by vendor/s to ensure connectivity, availability of applications and services within the company both locally and regionally.
• Day-to-day support to the Group’s IT infrastructure (local and regional), including servers, desktops, IP phones, email, software updates, printers, backup systems and networking and WIFI equipment, on-boarding, off-boarding and training.
• Provide technical support for PC hardware, software, applications, and IT requests and tickets and close them timely.
• Responsible for the configuration, installation, and support of equipment.

• To develop and implement IT operating procedures at Company level with provision of training to all employees.

We are looking for a Project Manager, IT Business Systems Analyst to join the team.

As an IT Business Systems Analyst, you will be directly involved in performing analysis of existing application software and exploring innovative solutions to improve business efficiency. You will also be expected to manage end-to-end delivery of Commissioning of IT systems technologies from planning to post implementation support.

Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The new headcount is to support ITBM ServiceNow solution in development and maintenance standpoint. The resource will help in expanding ServiceNow Implementation and capabilities to clusters and for Synapxe departments too.
