As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Junior Product Specialist to join our expanding Wound Care team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of successful Medical Device or Medical Supply sales experience (Wound Care Solutions is a plus!) In this role you will:

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Develop and maintain the Account Plan in order to identify potential volume.

· Network Accounts, mapping and developing contacts with key decision makers and influencers beyond the standard sales call.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Support our in-market research, sales calls, training, launches of new products etc.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 3 years in Product Specialist (Sales) or equal experience in the Hospitals & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

· Analytical and independent.

• Carry out review of design and method statements, on-site inspection, audits, investigation and submit findings of safety incidents
• Liaise and coordinate with the Authority's Consultant, Contractor(s), Interfacing Contractors, Instrumentation and Monitoring (IM) contractor(s), QP(D) and AC
• Attend meetings, discussions, give presentations/briefings to the Authority and agencies to obtain approval to commence works
• Provide specialist review of method statements, daily reports, records of installation, instrumentation reports, performance of all plants and equipment and any other associated submissions
• Review the design and fabrication reports of the large diameter TBM and ancillary plants
• Audit the large TBM compliance with the design and provide specialist review during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the manufacturer's factory overseas
• Attend and provide specialist review on TBM, Plant setup and site acceptance test (SAT)
• Review tunnelling parameters and instrumentation results throughout the period of tunnelling and to provide comments and recommendations where required
• Attend technical, safety and site meetings that require advice and decision in relation to large diameter tunnelling works
• Attend meetings to resolve coordination, technical, cost and other work-related issues
• Provide monthly and final wrap-up review of TBM performance in relation to design, tunnelling operation parameters, including modifications made to TBM & ancillary plant, processes , troubleshooting, comments & recommendations
• Submission of reports

Requirements:

- Relevant and recognised Degree in engineering

- Minimum 15 years of experience in design and supervision of tunnelling works, of which at least 5 years' experience in supervision of tunnelling works of similar complexity using TBM of more than 10 meter in diameter (large diameter TBM)

- possess professional working proficiency in English
