IT SUPPORT cum ADMIN Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to all users

· Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues

· Maintain and update IT inventory

· Provisioning and de-provisioning PCs when staff on-board and off-board

· Monitor daily backup

· Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment

Position Summary:

• Contribute to business operations strategy development and assist in the identification, planning, and implementation of business improvement opportunities.

Experience/Education:

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading improvement projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• LSS Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained/certified preferred.
• A solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Training in OCM, ACMP, PROSCI, ADKAR would be advantageous.

Job Summary:

The BOM (Bill of Materials) Specialist is mainly responsible for leading the creation, maintenance, and management of accurate and comprehensive Bills of Materials and router within the company’s ERP system. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of product configuration data, supporting production planning, material procurement, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in BOM management.

Authority:

• The BOM Specialist has the authority to approve BOM updates and changes, including the implementation of engineering change orders (ECOs) into the system, which aligned with engineer’s requirement.
• This position also has the authority to recommend process improvements and lead initiatives within the BOM management function.
• While the BOM Specialist does not have direct reports, they have the authority to mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and oversight as needed

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BOM management or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems and BOM management processes.

As a Facilities Maintenance System Specialist at Micron Technology within the Global Facilities Department, you will play a key role are responsible for supporting the facilities teams at the front and back end manufacturing sites within your assigned region.
