Responsibilities :

• Support site projects on Qualification/Validation.
• Review and approve Quality Control related protocols, reports, procedures, and other documents.
• Evaluate and approve discrepancies related to qualification/validation protocols.
• Collaborate and participate in projects as a Quality Representative for Quality Systems and Validation.
• Provide validation expertise and support for Analytical Instrument Qualification, Analytical and Microbiology Method Validation, and Critical Reagent Qualification.
• Ensure information in approved qualification/validation documents is understandable and defendable during inspections.
• Provide quality oversight on Quality Control validation maintenance activities and the Master Validation Plan.
• Support multisite initiatives to harmonize Quality Systems and qualification/validation activities between plants.
• Build strong partnerships with other departments to ensure open communication and acceptance.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Min. Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications and training such as Certified Quality Engineer or specific Validation topics are advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry in quality assurance, manufacturing operations, or validation, ideally in a multinational company.
• Hands-on experience in performing equipment, process, cleaning, computer systems, and shipping validation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FDA/EU cGMP validation requirements/expectations (e.g., CFR 21 part 11, PAT) and ICH guidelines.

Main Objectives

• A regional equipment coordinator is responsible of the respective size type for Region Asia.
• Ensure most cost effective empty move while timely management of repositioning specific size type in/out Region Asia to support budget/forecast

Responsibilities

• Cost Control

1. Reduction of Empty Ancillary Cost, S&D Cost to support S&D budget
2. Equipment Planning: Perform equipment situation and inventory development analysis given updated forecast with cost consideration
3. Ensure spend on ancillary items such as storage, inefficient moves are monitored and minimized
4. Monitor and further reduce planned S&D cost to be within budget guidelines i.e., reduction of stockfeeding movements
   

• Equipment Management

1. Manage empty equipment and ensure sufficient equipment availability to support budget/forecast
2. Initiate interventions and follow up (stockfeed, deadhead instructions/guidance)
3. Ensure forecast accuracy and stockfeeding plan is made available 2-3 weeks ahead
4. Improve stockfeeding plan (2-3 weeks ahead) for 70% of the outports
5. Improve empty planning share within sub-regions (via 70% DAP actions)
   

• Collaborating with Area EQ team to ensure sufficient equipment availability and avoid deficit or surplus situation.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics or equivalent professional qualification
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the Shipping Industry
• Possess HL operational background with vendor experience
• Knowledge of HL user application systems (FIS / MARS) with good technical inclination is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Relevant experience with container operations/logistics is preferred
• Strong data analytical skill
• Effective time management skills with a high level of initiative
