• Preparing pre-tender contract documentation including reviewing specifications, terms & conditions and securing data and information from various depts;

Responsibilities

• Publicizes events & special promotions

Due to company expansion, our company is looking for an Accounts Executive to handle all aspects of financial accounting matters including full sets of accounts and day to day running of the financial operations:

• Preparation of monthly audit schedules and financial reports on a monthly basis
• Preparation of GST quarterly submission
• Preparation of ageing report and assist to follow up with customers on all outstanding payments
• Preparing monthly creditors’ reconciliation reports for creditors’ statements, and monthly creditors’ aging reports
• Liaise with company secretary, tax agent, internal and external auditors to ensure timely statutory reporting
