• Prepare engine induction documentation and update engine records in SAP system
• Prepare engine release documentation
• Create and maintain the Generic Engine Structure and Material Master in SAP system.
• Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
• Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content.
• Retrieve electronic assets from repository for distribution to users, collecting and returning to repository, if necessary.
• Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems.
• Maintain all mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by regulatory authorities or the customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Knowledge/information Management System
• Highly analytical and able to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Meticulous team player with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of component repair processes (eg. Welding, Machining, Thermal Spray, Paint, NDT, Cleaning) will be advantageous
• Basic knowledge of high bypass gas turbine engines and the engine assembly process will be advantageous
• Experience in an engine or component overhaul shop is valued.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Responsiblities

• Perform full cycle recruitment activities

  • Organise and Participate in external job fairs e.g. MINDEF, e2i
  • Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree with min. 2 years' experience in talent acquisition
• Strong communication skills and able to make sound decisions independently
• Meticulous, organized and a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the comprehensive management of finance and accounting functions.
• Compiling monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting for holding company and subsidiary
• Supervising budgeting, costing, cash flow management, and forecasting.
• Managing internal and external audits, taxation matters, GST submissions, and statutory declarations related to finance.
• Liaise and work closely with the tax agent and relevant local authority in order to ensure the company’s tax filing comply the requirements from government including transfer pricing
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance with all accounting entries.
• Taking the lead in addressing operational and financial concerns within the team.
• Contributing to the implementation of policies and procedures.
• Offering support and assistance in various finance-related tasks and projects as required.
• Coordinating with all departments to provide administrative support.
• Accounting Operations
• Manage daily operations of Finance & Accounting Department including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
• Develop more efficient and accurate work procedure as part of continuous improvement culture
• Handle monthly / quarterly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and month end closings.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets of the holding company and its subsidiary
• Responsible for annual stock take and year-end closing to be completed on time and accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA level 1-2 or higher
• Preferably candidates with at least 8 years relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized
• Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision ERP System will be advantageous
