Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
• Perform corporate secretarial and compliance related duties with professionalism, integrity and service excellence
• Handle all aspects of the front-line service activities, ensuring smooth operations
• Handle all customers’ enquiries received via general hotline and general emails with professionalism, integrity and service excellence
• Administrative and other relevant duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidates possess a diploma, degree or other professional qualifications
• Good knowledge of Companies Act
• Minimum 2-5 years of corporate secretarial experience
• Possess positive attitude and responsibility
• Mature thinking and service oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
• Strong Service-Orientation with high tolerance level and critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to influence, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, self-confident, high-energy, etc

• Support full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
• In charge of the full activities of recruitment, placement, and resignation
• Manage end-to-end onboarding & offboarding matters including but not limited to email, door access, documents, and uniform
• Process work pass applications, renewal & cancellations and liaise with the Ministry of Manpower for work pass-related issues.

• Assist in coordinating in the training programme and liaise with nominated trainees on training requirements
• Assist in managing company insurance & workman compensation
• Assist in administering claims such as hospitalization, work injury compensation and etc
• Assist in payroll processing and salary administration
• Support managers on HR processes including staff issues about confirmation, performance management, grievance, and exit management.
• Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labor law
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for tendered invitation and quotations from customer.

· In charge of freight rate negotiation with Logistics Service Provider (LSP).

· Carry out cost savings measure and enabled the company to achieve an increase on 50% in profit

· Plan, schedule and find the best logistics solution to meet customer delivery commitment.

• Able to perform operations and technical tasks of ISO Tanks

Requirements:

· IT background and any technical knowledge/experience with ISO Tank containers is a plus
