Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and updating of commercial documents (i.e. NDAs, contracts, agreements)
• Preparing, reviewing and updating of corporate legal / company secretarial documents (i.e. shareholder agreements, resolutions)

Requirements and skills

Job Description

1. Import Shipments:

• Coordinate with brand principals/suppliers, service providers to manage shipping arrangements (import)
• To check the best quotation before to decide the shipping mode for all import shipments.
• To remind merchandisers if the freight cost is exceeded from landed cost calculation before arrange the shipment.
• Follow up with brand principal on invoice & packing list.
• Prepare payment if TT before shipment
• Issue SS upon confirmation of the shipment ETD with brand principal
• Liaise with freight forwarder review and negotiate freight rates & sailing schedule (ocean, air & courier)
• Compute landed cost for each shipment.
• Monitor shipment once freight forwarder confirms the schedule.
