Reporting to the Finance Controller and Senior Accountant, you are responsible for:

· Maintain accounting general ledgers within accounting software and on Excel

· Perform general ledger, bank, supplier statement reconciliation

· Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, quarterly GST Form 5

· Assist with auditor and tax agent queries, providing of relevant information

· Accurate data entry into claims submission, supplier and payment processing

The successful candidate should:

What role will you play?

Based in our Singapore office you will provide support to our global client base during ANZ/APAC market hours, ensuring seamless 24-hour global coverage. You will manage and provide daily front line support to traders and customers which includes daily documentation of operational processes for end user training, managing the production knowledgebase and will be accountable for completing and managing the tactical processes and initiatives required to support and develop the futures electronic trading business.

Your technical responsibilities will include daily monitoring and testing of trading platforms, managing the integration with Middle-Office and Back-Office from electronic futures execution and providing recommendations on the improvement of the platform, cost management, resources, and IT escalation. In addition, you will manage the interaction with our external vendors (such as TT, CQG, Fidessa, Bloomberg and various OMS/EMS providers) and internal relationships with IT, compliance, operations as it relates to electronic trading platforms and connectivity.

What you offer
