Software Support

• Provide end-to-end software support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in the management of software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for software applications to enhance user proficiency.
• Liaise with software vendors and third-party support services for issue resolution.

Hardware Suppor

• Oversee the maintenance and support of all hardware, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory of hardware components and peripherals, ensuring timely upgrades and replacements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• While prior experience in a similar role within a digital transformation environment is preferred, we are also eager to consider fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this career path.
• Strong knowledge of both software and hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. • Familiarity with network infrastructure and cloud services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation, corrective maintenance, and fault finding of all equipment and systems carried out by the company.

2. Attending to service calls, developing sales of security systems and equipment, quoting, and securing projects.

3. Coordinating and assisting with projects secured by the company.

4. Performing any other work assigned by the management consistent with the company's objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of audio-visual system, TV panel (fixed wall mount, mobile stand), power, cabling and etc.
• Conduct TV Panel installation, testing, services, troubleshooting as well as repair works on site.
• Able to do cable splicing, glanding and termination for power and control cables.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Load, transport and deliver products to customers or business in a safe, timely manner
• Assist with loading and unloading products from vehicle
• Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of electrician or technician experience
• Class 3 Driving License is a MUST
• Clean driving record with strong time management
