• Creation and maintenance of the software template files to align with standards.
• Manage BIM outputs for client issue and ensure they meet the Client’s information requirements.
• Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all outputs produced. Knowledge of PAS1192 standards is desirable.
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM Documentation and workflow process standards.
• Support Project Standards Coordination with Stakeholders.
• Undertake audits on provided models and report on non-conformances with the BIM Execution plan and Client requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Built Environment or Architecture or Building Services.
• Total work experience of 10 years, has design and construction work experience.
• Ability to manage a project’s digital information across all functions.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills.
• Ability to drive compliance and effective governance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in design management and understanding of construction delivery.
• Understanding of project operational and functional inputs into the digital engineering process.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for delivering BIM implementation to the BIM Execution plan, implementing and enforcing BIM execution.
• Creation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standards.
• Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions.
• Assist in automating routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM Documentation and workflow process standards.
• Assist in training and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Revit Specialist to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Revit Model.
• Support Project Standards Coordination with Stakeholders
• Assist on project work – modelling and detailing.
• Help resolve BIM design issues.
• Assist in Managing and distributing coordinated digital documents to the project team.
• Linking BIM to Project Construction Administration Phase for Submission, shop drawing and modules.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or building services engineering.
• Minimum 4 Years experience in Construction, Design, Drafting and Coordination (services)
• At least 2 years of BIM Coordination or BIM Management Experience in a Design, Engineering or Construction firm.
