The Manager, IT DC Network is to effectively deliver stable, efficient, secure and best in class network

connectivity serving all business areas consuming network services, and to ensure that IT delivers

standardized systems and platforms for a stable, secure and efficient infrastructure for the Data Center

and other buildings.

The incumbent shall deliver IT systems to the business to efficiently support DC Operations, Security

Management and Data Center Delivery. The position shall enable the business areas responsible for, to

utilize the right IT solutions in the best manner in terms of efficiency and client focus.

Furthermore, this role shall define those standards for the IT infrastructure in alignment with all relevant

stakeholders including Security Management, Design & Engineering, Construction and Data Center

Delivery and he/she shall ensure compliance that these standards for both new buildings and retrofits are

implemented.

Main Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of the network team (Routers, Switches, WiFi, WAN lines, Rack and DC infrastructure, Network Access Control, DNS / DHCP / IP Address Management, Phone system (and telecom lines), Media and conference equipment) and DC IT infrastructure team.
• Responsible for the operation of the security systems in IT (Firewall, SIEM, VPN Gateway, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Scanner, Network Scan and Detection) as request and define by the IT Security team.

4. System AdministrationSupport a mixed OS environment, primarily Windows (90%) with some Linux (10%).
   Provision and configure new machines, maintaining consistent performance across environments.
   Perform patch compliance checks and updates, utilizing patch management tools effectively.
   
5. Backup & Recovery ManagementManage Veeam backup solutions, including agent and policy configuration.
   Monitor backup status and troubleshoot any issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
   Support disaster recovery (DR) exercises and ensure backup processes align with recovery objectives.
   
6. Security & Monitoring ToolsPreferred experience with CyberArk, SolarWinds, and Tanium for enhanced security and monitoring.
   
7. IT Service Management (ITSM)Utilize ITSM/ITIL best practices and ServiceNow for incident, service request, and change management.
   Ensure ownership and timely resolution of tickets, with accurate updates and implementation of required changes.
   
8. Standby & Maintenance SupportParticipate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for incident response and planned maintenance activities.
   Complete rostered duties, planned maintenance, and provide timely support during scheduled DR exercises.
   

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in infrastructure administration, virtualization, and cloud management.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in managing on-premises and cloud-based virtual environments.
