Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties, including data entry and maintenance into Quickbooks accounting software
• Reconcile payables against vendors’ SOA to ensure accurate and timely payment
• Process and check petty cash expenses report for approval and reimbursement
• Reconcile accounts receivables to ensure accuracy for incoming payments
• Assist in payroll processing and reconcile time records
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain filing system
• Liaise with external vendors regarding finance matters

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in accounting and finance
