Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer management

• Deliver an exceptional account management experience for our retail grocery channel customers.

• Develop new customer opportunities in physical retail channels.
• Prepare and present new business proposals to modern trade channel customers; including where appropriate product and price submissions, trade marketing and promotions.

In-store execution

• Drive in-stock execution and activation across all customers through the merchandiser team.

Trade Promotion

• Propose and align promotion plans with retail customers which have been developed by brand principles and Channel Development Manager.

Inventory Management

• Provide the procurement team with weekly volume forecasts to ensure that demand and supply are aligned and non-supply is minimized/eliminated.
• Troubleshot potential inventory issues where demand has not followed forecast; ensured that slow-moving stock concerns were addressed promptly with customers and brand principles.
• Minimize stock write-offs for retail products wherever possible with additional trade marketing activities, clearance through other channels, and claim from brand principals.

• Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
• Able to lead IPO and co-ordinate IPOs, M&A exercises, etc.
• Familiarity with SGX listing rules and accounting policies.
• Relevant knowledge of or listing experience in overseas exchanges will be useful.
• Perform financial due diligence for M&A purposes.
• Vast knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cashflow analysis, financial analysis etc.
• Review and monitor regular reports to track all ongoing and pipeline deals.
• Well experienced in reviewing and preparing pitch decks, investor decks, term sheets, etc.
• Highly driven with tenacity to drive results and adhere to deadlines.
• A leader who is able to engage key stakeholders and communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for details. Closely monitor and comply with all deliverables to stakeholders.
• Liaison with lawyers, external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors, sponsors, key decision makers etc.
• Ability to source and originate corporate finance transactions would be an advantage.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Qualified Accountant &/ with Big 4 audit background and past tenures with MAS-licensed corporate advisory firms would be favorably considered.
• Minimum of 6 years corporate finance experience or 10 years relevant experience; with at least 3 IPO project advisory track record
• In-depth knowledge of SFA rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and drive quality control and root cause investigations for both internal (IQC) and external (OTB and customer defect) findings. Both types of findings require working closely with various departments such as Supplier Quality, Production, Quality Management and RND.
• Responsible to coordinate for short term containment as well as recommending appropriate improvements for prevention of recurrence.
• Responsible for the process control of assigned product and using statistical process control methods to review and analyse data to ensure process stability.
• Develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and resolving bottlenecks at the root cause. Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
• Develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.
• Support Product Sustaining Group (PSG) in technical queries for manufacturing process when required.
• Contribute to the review and approval of engineering changes, provide recommendations of improvements and ensuring change is implemented in Production/System Acceptance. In the event of line down due to defect, he/she is also responsible to escalate any topics to PSG for discussion and resolution.
• Conduct risk assessment with other stakeholders such as Quality Management, Production and Supplier Quality to highlight any product or human related safety risks for discussion and resolution.
• Be involved in projects such as product knowledge transfer between site and will be a stakeholder for make. Ensure all processes are set-up, execute and plan training, and supporting make activities in accordance to the project milestones.
• Initiate or participate in the fruition ideas for cost improvement of the products.

Requirements:

• Education qualification in any Engineering or equivalent field
• Minimum 1 – 3 years’ working experience in Manufacturing or Automation environment
• Experience with statistical process control methods will be an added advantage
