Job Summary:

We are looking for an Application Development Manager to lead our Application development team. This role involves managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of application software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Application developers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Applications
• 15+ years of experience in Application development and in web, stand-alone applications, Mobile App Development
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Very good understanding of application system design, development, testing and deployment.
• Experience with .NET Platform, including C#, ASP.NET Core, GRPC, ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, MS SQL Server

Responsibilities :

· Planning and appraising ongoing assessment of antivirus, application control, firewall, SIEM, VPN, SSL, intrusion detection or intrusion prevention and other network component policies.

· Analyse and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, potential impact and business risk, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.

· Managing and configuring security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, anti-virus software, and other security-related software and hardware.

· Provide strategic guidance, insights, and direction on technological, cybersecurity, and policy-related topics.

· Lead and participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of incident response procedures, and processes.

· Collaborate with other teams at multiple geographic locations to investigate and document security incidents, root causes, and recommend remediation actions.

· Report all security incidents to the home office and work with corporate IT on response and resolution strategy.

· Monitoring systems, servers, and networks to detect and respond to potential security threats or suspicious activities.

· Developing and implementing security policies and procedures that ensure the organization’s data and systems are protected against cyber threats.

· Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses and risks to make improvements in the organization’s security.

· Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques and incident response strategies.

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, modern cybersecurity concepts, and technologies (zero trust, CIS Controls, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, XDR, CloudSec, AppSec, NIST, ITIL, Azure Well Architected Framework, etc).
• Experience in domains of Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management preferred.
• Ability to manage and configure security systems, monitor network traffic and system logs, conduct regular security assessments and respond to security incidents.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
• Self-starter with initiative and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with direction from corporate headquarters.
• Professional information security certification preferred, such as:

- CompTIA Security+

- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a cyber or information security management role.
• Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard tools for vulnerability scanning, assessment, and penetration testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of staying current with evolving cybersecurity threats and best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor relationships, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct banking operations including GIRO, FAST, and TT payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely computation of GST and CPF.
• Prepare and maintain the Fixed Asset Register for all projects.
• Maintain organized documentation and perform ad-hoc accounting tasks.
• Utilize ERP systems such as Hash Micro for daily accounting tasks.

Accounts Payable Task

• Review purchase invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval before payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements if there are any disputes and to correct the discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation in line with company policy and accounting standards, updating payment and vendor files with appropriate file numbers.
• Ensure all accounting records and payments are accurately update in Synergix/Hash micro software.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger in Synergix /Hash micro software on a daily basis.
• Handle and prepare all petty cash claims after obtaining approval from the Finance Manager/ Accounts Manager.

Accounts Receivable Tasks

• Ensure all sales invoices are timely and accurately updated on a daily basis on Synergix/Hash micro software.
• Accurately record customer payments in Synergix/Hash Micro and prepare the debtors' ageing report.
• Assist the Finance Manager in establishing, reviewing and enhancing the internal control processes that govern the finance department
• Participate in the full spectrum of closing activities including processing of accruals and period-end journalisation on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum have diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor’ degree in related field
• With at min. 5 years relevant experiences as Account Executive (experience in construction industry is preferable)
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Synergix or Hash Micro is preferable
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
• Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery
• To perform duties as tasked
• Class 3/4 Driving Licence
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
