Part-time Lecturer in Publishing

We are seeking an experienced publisher capable of teaching HL6212 Technology and Electronic Publishing as one of our offerings in the Master of Arts in Creative Writing and Publishing within the School of Humanities. Candidates should have a proven track-record in the publishing industry. The instructor will be responsible for leading workshops and seminars for three class hours per week, in addition to syllabus planning, class preparation, marking for assessment and student consultation.

This role specifically is responsible for building and expanding Merchant relationships in multiple Asian markets. Specific responsibilities for this role may include:

• Managing a portfolio of top B2B merchants with significant commercial payment volume for Visa.

• Oversee Merchants with a consultative and strategic approach to uncover a full understanding of their card acceptance processes and challenges. 

• Identify B2B expansion opportunities - agreements with accepting and non-accepting merchants-suppliers and expand B2B commercial volume through Acquisition-Expansion, Partnership or Relationship management
