• To source, obtain and responsible for props and accessories for necessary display installations, artworks, and design visual executions.
• Works with relevant departments to produce timely design work related (collaterals/materials) for campaign runs/fair participations.
• Take initiative, communicate and collaborate with the Team to construct rationales and high-impact visuals.
• Highly proficient in Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite [Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Aftereffects], concept development and Design (UI/UX)

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Design or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in similar capacity or related experience
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Description

• Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules
• Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring that they are securely packed and labeled correctly
• Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high
• Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard
• Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity
• Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate product needs and schedule shipments

Role

To undertake all financial accounts, human resource and administrative matters of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, reconciliation of bank statements, etc
• Review monthly and yearly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trade Debtor and cash flow reports
• Assist in the financial year closing process in providing information and data as requested
• Liaise with company secretary, bank, accountant, tax agency and relevant authorities
• Manage payroll, CPF and taxation matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matters
• Liaise and deal with company other operation suppliers, such as legal, office, HR agency, etc.
• Manage the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in business administration or finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent
• Proven experience in accounting/finance and HR roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles and HR best practices
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Take ownership and responsibility and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous
