· To act as a central point of contact for the customer on assigned orders/jobs and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison

· To facilitate with various department in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction

Job Description

• Conversant of contractual terms and conditions in particular for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Works.
• Manage and control and administer of the procurement contractual agreements.
• Maintaining and updating of all procurement associated contractual documentation and records.
• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.
• Supervise and guide and monitor procurement team including procurement executives and admin personnel of the day to day procurement operation.
• Supporting Project Leads in budget monitoring.
• With experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
• Hands-on and with comprehensive experience at past in procurement process and supporting (or leading) procurement functions cover strategic sourcing and subcontracting.
• With good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he/she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and with vast exposure at past with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and Contract Law.
• At least 3 years working experience and with either Degree in Law, Construction Management or Quantity Surveyor.
• Or, those with Engineering/Technical Degrees in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical and with 2 years in project contract administering role.
• Good knowledge and with experience within the various contracting associated with procurement management.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Preferably with those with comprehensive experience in water and wastewater industries especially in Process and MEICA Works
• Willing to work at west area
