Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfilment
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices for a hazard-free work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product movements and meet production demands

You need to have/be:

Our Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance of the school campus and related safety aspects. They ensure that all aspects of the school physical plant are running safely and efficiently. This role will manage the relationships with our external service providers. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining all building management systems.
• Oversee and manage a planned preventive maintenance schedule, undertaking the responsibility of maintenance work with safety as a priority and avoiding any school operations.
