• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers 
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting 
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget 
• Order new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget. 
• Ensure their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations. 
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking 
• Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently 
• Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel 
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

We are looking for 2 marketing associates who will help in marketing these courses to prospective learners.

You should be good at client communications, and love to talk to people.

You will make cold calls and also call are existing prospective learners to promote the courses and get them to join them.

You will have to assist the learners in applying for SkillsFuture, and work with the TP Gateway Government system to upload Trainee data to the government portals in a timely manner.

You should be willing to work 5.5 days, and love to multi-task, and are eager to provide customer service.

• Performing different types of massages (Body Massage & Foot reflexology).
• Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
• Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the Supervisor.

Overview

PERTAPIS CENTRE FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS provides residential care for young women victim of abuse, coming from dysfunctional families or in conflict with the law. The centre offers shelter, care and protection to 100 women from 14 to 21 years old. We run a variety of programs to facilitate self development, confidence building & life skills development.

Job Description

• Ensure that the young persons comply with the Centre’s Rules and Regulations
• Assist in ensuring the safe custody of young persons under the Centre’s care
• Guide and motivate residents to a higher level of behavioural performance and development
• Ensure that all records, documents and correspondence are updated promptly and filed accordingly
• Ensure that security measures are adequate in the Centre (e.g. conduct periodic round checks around the premise)
• Representative for the Operations Staff of the Centre in matters of raising concerns and feedback
• Oversee the implementation of the daily programmes of the Home.
• Seeing to the needs of every resident with regards to their clothing, food, and bedding.
• Inspect the general cleanliness / hygiene of each resident daily.
• Allocate and supervise residents in general cleaning work.
• Supervise and direct residents performing maintenance work in the Centre
• Accompanying staff for resident outings
• Assist in rendering first aid when necessary
• Perform shift duties
• Assist the Head in providing guidance and support to other staff
• Support fund-raising projects in the Centre/Organization
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Head of the Home, Licensee and Governing Board

Job Requirements

Preparation of sales leads & funnel, and continuously monitor, update, and report to the Head of Business Solutions.

Preparation & updating of marketing materials if necessary.

Preparation of weekly & monthly reports.

Any other duties assigned by the Head, BS, or CEO.

Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales & Marketing or Engineering.

At least 3-5 years of proven track record as a sales of successful technical solutions to clients. Experience in services specifically would be advantageous.

Responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals.

Able to grow revenue for the Company’s installation solutions in the given territories, while maintaining growth of the bottom line.

Develop sales strategy, plan, implement, and monitor sales activities to achieve measurable results. Account management, in handling existing customer requirements from pre-sales to post-sales.

Network regularly and use networks to effectively stay attuned with market and competitor intelligence, able to analyze market data, identify business growth opportunities, and drive new business development with existing and new customers.

Strong negotiation skills and proficiency

in contract management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
