Patient Care Management

· Perform patient registration for all patients by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact details, insurance, information and medical histories accurately

· Answer phone call/WhatsApp/emails timely for appointment requests/queries/surgeries

· Book lab/surgeries for patients, facilitate smooth arrangements and ensure results are promptly received for doctor’s review

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior HR executive to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters

•Manage and handle employee’s records in HR system

•Prepare monthly payroll transactions (approximately 800-1000 headcounts)

•Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance

•Manage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance

•Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

•Prepare OT monitoring weekly report & monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner

•Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

•Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Job Requirements:

•Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative

•At least 2 years of payroll related experience

•Ability to work on weekends or Public Holiday(if any) during month-end closing

•Familiar with MOM regulations, Employment Act and HR practices

•Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

•A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently

•Able to start immediately or within a short notice

•Chinese-speaking is a MUST as this person need to communicate with Operation staff in Mandarin

• Perform full spectrum of procurement activities
• Sourcing for vendors on new RFQ
• Prepare comparison sheet for the most competitive pricing
• Work with Engineers to determine if vendors meet the specifications required
• Negotiate with vendors on commercial Purchase Order terms and conditions, pricing and delivery date to meet project schedule
• Issue Purchase Order, follow up with delivery as per project schedule
• Handling local and overseas freight forwarding
• Work with Finance on payment to vendors
• Support Engineers on any variation orders to vendors
• Resolve any issues on wrong supply from vendors
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Collaborate with design teams to create a user-friendly loan product experience and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams - writing user stories and not shying away from technical discussions is key for this role.
• Planning tech and business demos - you will be building technical milestones to iterate working software and get it infront of users
• Facilitate an agile development and delivery process - you will be owning your share of the product backlog and learning how to pivot according to customer feedback and market conditions.
• Project manage efficiently - being able to track, prioritise and make your work visible in a team will be essential
• Leading outcome driven product development - knowing your numbers is important, success is defined by achieving the outcome and less on deploying to production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or discipline
• Experience within a startup environment, either as a product manager or any operations function
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your duties include:

- Ensuring all the vehicles are cleaned regularly, have sufficient fuel, cashcards, are topped up and that the vehicles are in good conditions and functioning

- To identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and to send the vehicle for inspection and collection

- To assist the persons in their day-to-day schedules and requests and to convey the assigned persons as instructed

- Safely and timely drive the persons to work and back, and to occasions, and to safely drive their relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer

- To know the roads well, to be updated regular. Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take

- To keep a travel log of which car is used by yourself and from which time, along with recording locations, keeping an address book, writing down the over-time hours and any accidents or incidents that occur

- Expected to render other services to the persons assigned to aside the traditional driving duties and responsibilities, such as driving and maintaining the cars

- To perform some menial office tasks like arrangement, or to be assigned to office related work assignments and schedules

- To be flexible with working overtime and during public holidays

Requirements:

- Experienced personal / office drivers

- Class 3 License

- Vocational License

Preferably have experience working with and handling van, luxury cars, vocational license is an added plus!

Review project plans and proposals, and work with management to develop project objectives

Oversee, coordinate, and perform technical aspects of project, with guidance, based on type of project manager support required (e.g., engineer, quality, scheduler)

Review, evaluate, approve, and monitor cost schedule and technical scope baselines

Ensure the preparation of required project documentation

Contribute to communication plan and change management elements

Determine long lead items for pre-order requirements

Schedule and coordinate activities and resources needed for efficient execution of work

Promptly notify the Client PM when priorities, resource conflicts, and/or long lead items prevent meeting the deadline for completion of planned work so that appropriate action can be taken to adjust project schedules

Request assistance from management when conflicts arise concerning resource allocation to work load requirements

Prepare project status reports, and provide data to others for reporting as needed
