3. Evaluate any contraindications, insufficient patient preparation, and the patient’s inability or unwillingness to tolerate the examination and associated procedures.
4. Communicate with the patient in a manner appropriate to the patient’s ability to understand.
5. Use proper patient positioning tools, devices, equipment adjustment, and ergonomically correct scanning techniques to ensure patient comfort and safety, and to prevent compromised data acquisition and musculoskeletal injury to the sonographer.
6. Conduct patient clinical assessment and perform the ultrasound examination ordered by the supervising physician in accordance with professional and facility protocols.
7. Apply independent, professional, ethical judgment, and critical thinking to safely perform sonography procedures.
8. Apply independent judgment during the sonography examination to ensure that appropriate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are accurately captured in the examination images.
9. Except as authorized by written facility policies and procedures, refer specific diagnostic, treatment or prognosis questions to the appropriate physician or healthcare professional.
10. As necessary, acquire additional ultrasound imaging to facilitate optimum diagnostic results for the interpreting physician.
11. Identify and document any limitations to the sonography examination.
12. Review examination images, synthesize examination results, and prepare the preliminary findings.
13. Except as authorized by written facility policies and procedures, refer specific diagnostic, treatment or prognosis questions to the appropriate physician or healthcare professional.
14. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with PDPA Act.

Other Responsibilities

1. Provide preliminary report of sonography examinations for use by the interpreting physician.
2. Assist with the daily operation of the sonography facility.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various system-wide and civil contractors on E&M matters and supervise M&E works
• Work closely and coordinate with the design team for all installation and system requirement matters
• Update the project management team on design installation, logistics, and daily progress matters
• Attend the M&E interface coordination meeting on CSD/CCSM
• Review system/architectural plan drawing
• Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation on the construction site
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is appropriate for submission

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in coordinating E&M projects
• Experience in construction, design, BIM model management and/or coordination (services)
• Possess experience in managing LTA projects
