Job Description:

• Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer centricity and improve customer experience.
• Ensure timely client onboarding through collaboration with Sales and Compliance teams, following up with customers regarding their account openings
• Handle pre and post transaction customer queries/ requests and collaborate with the Ops/ Compliance/ Tech/ Treasury teams on all payment related issues.

Key Tasks

• Build pipeline of opportunities with Regional Siemens teams for Siemens Building X platform and applications, Digital TWIN and CDE offering across the APAC region
• Drive these opportunities with Siemens and Partners end-to-end, from lead generation to close, winning 1st deployments and expansion deals to grow the share of wallet.
• Develop a strategy to grow Cloud Software market share, based on a an “addressable market” that you will create and maintain
• Develop account strategies and drive execution of account plans for strategic targets. Creation of prioritized account list.
• Support sales efforts to win large projects that include Cloud software, Digital TWIN, BIM and Asset Lifecycle portfolio, across all channels (support Siemens internal and partner channel)
• Maximize customer impact through Value-based & challenger mindset and close collaboration with Customer Success and delivery teams
• Thought leadership, educating the market of the value & concepts internally and externally.

The essential skills that we need in this role

• Have a proven track record in Cloud Building Software sales and business development in the APAC region incl. upselling large enterprise accounts
• Be a hunter with the ability to build, negotiate and close large SaaS deals with complex global organizations
• Master the fundamentals of IT, digitalization & cloud, including basics of cyber security and data protection
• Deep knowledge of Building Portfolio and/or systems in building automation, energy management, safety and security, BIM and digital twin, facility management business processes, asset management systems, construction information management and ISO 19650
• Be a driven individual, you offer a convincing personality with a high level of dedication and resilience
• Experience managing teams, projects and influencing broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
