Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Develop, define and refine UI/UX best practices for the web and mobile apps
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Implement web, desktop and mobile application frontends
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Develop interactive UI design, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups
• Responsible for user experiences for corporate websites
• Responsible for web user interface design and development
• Deliver projects within scheduled deadlines

Requirement:

• Min 2 years of in-depth knowledge in user experience and user interface design
• Experience in UI/UX design for mobile app and web application
• Portfolio of design projects
• Diploma/Degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Digital Design or related disciplines
• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in project management

TELE SALES EXECUTIVES

Job Scope

• Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend our products and services as solutions.
• Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers.
• Coordinate with the respective branches to coordinate customers' viewing, move-in and/or other arrangements.
• Ensure the customer database is updated accurately and promptly.
• No shift hours or cold calling
• Attractive performance incentives based on achievement of sales targets.

About the Role

Supporting Global Finance Team and reporting indirectly to Global Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for supporting our business expansion and finance operation, in collaboration with GUAVA team members around the world.

Key Responsibilities

· Support preparation and execution of finance and accounting processes

· Support international projects and initiatives analysis, engagement, and results of the region, business unit and function level on a scheduled basis

· Identifies areas for improvement in data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available

· Perform investigation into anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations

· Utilize multiple data sets and sources to develop metrics, reports and financial dashboards

· Ability to think creatively and provide solutions for process efficiency improvement

· Working collaboratively with GUAVA team members around the world
