Responsibilities
1) Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies.
2) Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors' strategies, leveraging the data to refine marketing campaigns and maximize results.
3) Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the social media landscape, and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
4) Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform's audience, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and style.
5) Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand objectives.
7) Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
8) Track and report on campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to showcase progress and identify areas for optimization.
9) Leads management & leads allocation to sales team. Analyse sales team feedbacks to improve leads quality from advertising campaigns.
10) Ad-hoc support to company’s events and marketing roles.
Requirements
1) Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
2) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Digital Marketer with strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
3) Familiar with social media platforms, its advertisement features, and best practices for each channel. Familiar with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
4) Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.
5) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
6) Basic design and coding skill are advantageous.

- Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
- Five (5) days work week, Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm (With 1 Hour Break)
