1. BROAD FUNCTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer at CCTS Global in Singapore. The

Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing

analytical support, and delivering excellent customer service and support. This role involves

collaborating with the client's team to understand the organization's framework and address

technical challenges on a daily basis.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Analyze and debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and infrastructure, to

improve overall system reliability and performance.

Monitor, maintain, and support Kafka, Apache Tomcat, and other middleware

components as needed.

Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge base resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role in a
software/IT environment.
Proficiency with Java Development Kit (JDK) and experience in supporting Java-based
applications is an added plus.
Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming (highly preferred).
Knowledge of Apache Tomcat server administration and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Skill Set:

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
Exposure to monitoring tools and logging systems for performance tracking.
Understanding of database systems, including SQL.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Uplift the existing Administrative, Human Resources, Finance and/or Logistics aspect of the company.
• Assist in Human Resource-related responsibilities, such as Time & Attendance, Claims, Employee Records, On-boarding and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the Directors.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable duties such as maintaining and following up for the Outstanding Payment list, Invoice creation and liaising with the Sales Team to obtain Invoice payment from customers.
• Maintain the structure of accurate records of inventory and warranty of our product offerings, both hardware and software. Maintain company's organization chart and admin-related documentations and records, such as preparing letter of offer, confirmation, increment & promotion, etc.
• Appreciate the initiative to continuously improve the company’s standard operation procedures (S.O.P), system and structure as well as the welfare of the company.
• Periodically assist Sales Team on administrative tasks (Sales Pipeline, Commission calculation, etc).

Requirement:-

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act
• Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work

Job Descriptions

• Plan and implement early childhood curriculum to meet the physical, emotional and social, intellectual needs of the young children
• Provide activities, apparatus and equipment to support the various curriculum areas planned for the children
• Set-up a conducive, effective, and healthy learning environment for the children

• Maintain good classroom management
• Shower, feed, change diapers, and toilet train the younger children
• Monitor and ensure sick or recovering children take their medicine
• Supervise and manage the children during both indoors and outdoors activities
• Keep progress report and comprehensive portfolio of each child and provide input on the child’s development
• Build good rapport with parents including maintain regular communication with parents via Parents’ Communication Book
• Build and maintain good rapport with colleagues and children
• Assist the Centre to meet all applicable statutory licensing regulations
• Review and recommend improvement to work processes and procedures whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education or Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)
• Certified by Early Childhood and Development Agency (ECDA) at L2 or L1 category
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
