Roles and Responsibilities

• We are looking to hire an energetic picker to assist us in preparing orders for shipping.
• The picker will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in carton box following specific instructions, and arrange on pallets.
• The picker will check for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
• You will operate a Electric pallet jack, maintain equipment and perform basic maintenance, conduct physical inventories and report quality variances.

Requirements

· Min GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels

· Min 1 year of administrative experience. Those without relevant experiences are welcomed to apply

· Experience in ERP software systems (SAP / Oracle / Navision) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents within SLA timeframe and perform root cause analysis, finding to solve the problems.
• Escalate unsolvable incident/ problem to the Operation Lead or Service Delivery Manager.
