JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design for single line diagram, electrical distribution system, small power, street lighting, compound lighting, ELV etc.

Determine the cable sizing & design routing for sub-main cabling and conduit/trunking wiring.

Selection for cable, circuit breaker, transformers, UPS, VFD, generator.

Supervise electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

Preparation of project documents including technical proposal, load list, cable schedule, cable routing, switch-room layout, load flow, etc.

Prepare the BQ for the RFQ.

Fault and short circuit study, harmonic analysis.

Preparing specifications and datasheet for RFQ and review offers from vendors for compliance to technical specification, compliance with codes and regulation.

Prepare documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, and optimization.

Perform the cable sizing calculation and the voltage drop calculation.

Supervise electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Degree in Electrical & Electronic engineering.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks.

Minimum 3 years work experience in process plants or in the water/wasterwater industry, with good knowledge in electrical design of water and/or wasterwater treatment plants.

The candidate’s responsibilities will be to:

- Provide case management and counselling services to clients and their families.

- Assess needs of clients and formulate Individual Service Plans (ISPs).

- Provide Information & Referral (I&R) to link clients and their families to
appropriate services.

- Ensure that the halfway house’s programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of case management services.

- Conduct classes, family sessions, and group sessions.

- Liaise with clients, clients’ families, counsellors and prison officers.

- To work with the related partners and government bodies where necessary.

- Attend to clients’ employment needs and conduct worksite visits.

- Upkeep clients’ documents, case/counselling notes and individual case files.

Candidate Requirements:

1) Technical Competencies:

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Responsible for requirements for HR (work permit renewal, PPE issuance, staff training, recording of overtime/work hours etc)

· Supports daily operations, including data entry, scanning, copying etc

· Prefer applicants with ability to speak Mandarin.
