Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Purchase Requests (PR) for spare parts and maintain accurate records for shipments.
• Perform checks and inspections on incoming goods and manage the receiving process.
• Track stock levels and update records using SAP.
• Issue parts to contractors and technicians as needed.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn
• Preferably candidates available on short notice.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
