In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and executive management to deliver actionable insights and support in the areas of sales incentive program quota development, territory management, sales specials, sales incentive programs, sales reporting, performance metrics and dashboards. You will collaborate with systems and regional cross-functional teams to ensure rollout of quota modeling, analysis, and systems/tools that will streamline operations. You will oversee sales incentive program reporting and analyze key metrics of sales performance, drive operational process improvements and ensure quality control as a key owner of the sales compensation and quota-related data.

• Provide sales incentive proposals, reporting and support to enable informed decision making by executive management.

• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, advisory role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Senior Counsel, Global Investigations will be part of a team leading government, regulatory and significant internal investigations for GE Vernova. Laboratory of Regulatory Genomics is a cutting-edge research facility that focuses on the field of spatial and single-cell genomics. We are seeking a talented Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team and work on Spatial and Single-cell Genomics projects. The successful candidate will have a PhD in molecular biology, genomics, or a related field, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting experiments involving the integration of spatial transcriptomics and single-cell genomics related to drug discovery, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to investigate gene expression in single-cells and spatially resolved tissue samples
• Analyze data from transcriptomic and genomic assays including single-cell RNAseq, spatial transcriptomics, and other sequencing technologies
• Develop and optimize experimental protocols for large scale single-cell genomics and/or spatial transcriptomics
• Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to scientific reports and publications
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement research strategies

Qualifications:

• A PhD in molecular biology, genomics, or a related field
• Proven experience in single-cell genomics and/or spatial transcriptomics is a plus
• Strong experience with molecular biology techniques, including sample preparation, RNA isolation, and sequencing library preparation
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as R, Python
• Experience with microscopy, image analysis, and statistical analysis would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members

The Executive Assistant (EA) will support a total of three Senior APAC leaders - the Supply Chain Directors and Warehouse & Distribution Director. Major Accountabilities

We are seeking passionate scientists who wish to develop innovative methods in the metagenomic assembly field. Our lab is focused on leveraging new technologies to better study microbial populations and their impact on human health. In this context, our lab has extensive experience in metagenomic analysis and has been involved in numerous large-scale studies exploring microbe diversity and dynamics, as well as the development of numerous tools widely used in the field.

Recent improvements in the sequencing technology field offer unique perspectives for metagenomic assemblies, reducing the gap to the full genomic reconstruction of complex microbial communities that can be further leveraged for comparative genomic analysis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly interdisciplinary environment with unique access to novel sequencing technologies and a wide range of samples. Solutions developed during this project will have direct applications to ongoing and new microbiome research projects in the lab, particularly in studying antimicrobial resistance and skin diseases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Review large project pricing, progress and profitability. Knowledge of Cancer Mutations and Markers is preferred to enable quotation development.

· Support business leaders in ROA for pricing, strategy, market size mapping, investments required for business growth.
