Duties and Responsibilities :

Be aware of the requirements of current EHS legislations and client’s requirements, and establish procedures to monitor compliance.

MASE E&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work at project sites. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of electricians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians to complete installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to ensure efficient work progress.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during complex electrical tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to align with project goals and schedules.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all electrical work meets project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and team performance.
• Train and mentor electricians to enhance skills and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical codes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at various locations.

· Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"N" or "O" Level, Professional Certificate such as CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / NITEC in beauty and wellness or relevant certifications.

· Minimum 3 years of working as Beautician / Facial and body therapist is an established spa.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking patients).

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements.
• Create and update project template files to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and engineers to manage and resolve clashes effectively.
• Supervise and update the current revision status of project documents.
• Compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Detail and document working drawings accurately.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
• Incharge of another one drafter
• Ownself handle one commercial and one condo project.
• Liaise with main contractors requirements and submission.
• Working time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Change Requests activities which include gather and facilitate business process discussion, conduct detailed analysis, solution design, development and configuration, testing, documentation and deployment.
• Provide application support to end users in troubleshooting and resolution of issues, and updating them of the progress which entails communicating with them in an appropriate and constructive manner.
• Work closely with the team and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within our applications
• This role includes implementation and sustainment responsibilities. Travel within Asia Pacific region will be expected but kept to a minimum.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP HR/HCM project implementation and rollout experience
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
• Strong functional and configuration skills in all areas of the HR/HCM modules

· Able to do simple debugging of program

· Experience in supporting interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications

• Team player with good writing, verbal communication and presentation skills. Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
