Job Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and developing of new state based key accounts
• Work with Regional Key Account Manager/Sales Manager and the Sales team on all key account related matters
• Build strong rapport with key account customers and its stakeholders to ensure successful execution of sales and activities
• Achieve the assigned and agreed KPIs
• Responsibilities include, but not limited to, timely preparation, handling and submitting of tenders based on information obtained from site inspection/survey and configuration of truck specifications based on tender requirements
• Plan and execute business development strategies in expanding the existing key accounts list

About the job

As a member of the Social Work team, you are expected to maintain a caseload as assigned by senior staff members and provide individual casework, group and family work intervention action plans including behavioural management of clients in care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Active Ageing Centres (AAC) provision of active ageing, befriending & buddying, care referral services to seniors within centres service boundary area.
2. Work closely with centres Programme team in identifying seniors who may require additional care referral services and assist in raising appropriate referrals to care and support services.
3. Receive and review referrals for CREST service in conjunction with CREST team/Centre Manager to determine needs of clients and/or caregiver(s). Inform and consult CREST team/Centre Manager of recommendations regarding admission and classification of case (P1-3).
4. Provide case management services to clients and/or caregiver(s) under CREST programme through providing basic emotional support, monitoring, service linkages, to assist them to manage their mental health issues and caregiver stressors.
5. Work closely with primary care (eg. GPs, Polyclinics), health care providers (eg. RHs), social service agencies (eg. FSCs, SSO) and other community partners (AACs, SGO, PA, CC/RC) to identify at risk cases in the community within Fengshan division. To conduct joint assessments to assess needs and suitability for enrolment into CREST programme.
6. Receive and review referrals for Dementia Day Care programme in conjunction with Nursing Department to determine suitability and appropriate placement in the centre. Inform and seek approval from Centre Manager of recommendations regarding admission and placement.
7. Present admissions application for Dementia Day Care programme to Dept Head/ED for final approval of funding and placement of applicant.
8. Provide social work related support services to clients and their families, e.g. referrals to community or residential services.
9. Upon referral from both government/non-government sources implement an appropriate system for assessing and investigating current and future applications
10. On admission work closely with client and family to orient them to the centre and facilities.
11. Develop an appropriate internal and external network to assist in resourcing and referral of service users.
12. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that psychosocial needs of the clients and their caregivers are actively considered in their care management.
13. Ensure hands-on approach to working with service users.
14. Maintain accurate and current documentation of casework for assigned caseload.
15. In compliance with government regulations for continued funding, conduct annual review of household incomes/social conditions of residents support network.
16. Work closely with peers within department to maintain an efficient and effective Social Work department.
17. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and work closely with Case Manager (Clinical) in discharge planning reviews.
18. Attend case conferences, meetings, network with external agencies as required.
19. Be a resource person for specific projects as needed.

Job Summary

The key role involves managing the day-to-day functionality and activities of vessel/equipment logistics. It encompasses the entire process of planning, implementing, and controlling the movement of goods. This includes coordinating various activities such as transportation and distribution. Ensure safe lifting of goods, optimize transportation modes, and distribute to various designated locations/warehouses/countries. Manage import and export control, taxes, and duties. Handle DG (Dangerous Goods) shipment requirements and permits. Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists (CIPL). Emphasize safety, speed, and efficiency in moving goods from one location to another in line with business demands. Manage transportation fleets, routes, and transportation infrastructure. Oversee outgoing shipments and process incoming shipments. Check the quality and quantity of items received for services onboard vessels or sites and perform system transactions for Services/Goods Receipt (GRN) in IFS (Integrated Fugro System). Handle equipment movement with care and safety. Drive vehicles and forklifts when needed. Monitor and lead the loading/unloading of cargoes safely. Perform local collections and deliveries when required. Cooperate with vessel/operations stakeholders and coworkers. Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as required. Practice safe work procedures and identify potential hazards. Ensure the shipment basis of correct incoterm, and to consider Insurance of equipment while in transit. DELIVERABLES AND FUNCTIONAL TASKS:

General:

• Identifying, building, structuring, and training the team to fulfill the central Logistics strategy, including moving equipment/goods from point A to Point B in the most effective way and meeting safety compliance.
• Manage the ERP inventory system and carry out activities in relation to the IFS system or register arrival processes as dictated by local or global strategies.

About the Role

Responsible for maintaining a safe and effective logistics function.

Provide oversight to external vendors working at vessels (e.g., ports, yards, cranage, fabrication, etc.) in addition to port agency and bunkering support.

Responsible for the inspection and deliver of the equipment and services on-board the vessel

Support in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Logistics strategy in line with upper hierarchical and functional directions or instructions.

Ensure implementation and execution of action plans and KPIs.

Promote alignment by understanding and communicating internal client needs and requirements throughout the organization.

Responsible for vessel daily operational logistics activities and ensuring inbound and outbound (mob & demob) shipments are executed in a timely manner.

About you

Diploma in Logistics or a similar formal qualification.

Previous experience as a Logistics Specialist.
