RESPONSIBILITIES

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing of high nursing standard care render to the residents in the Residential Home.

She/He also responsible for providing supervision, guidance and direction to all nursing and non-nursing staff and works with a team of nursing aides and allied health staff to attend to the health care needs of persons with intellectual disability in a residential facility and to ensure the optimal care is provided.

She/He supervises the performance of tasks in care plans by nursing team members and provides inputs in the development and review of care plans of the residents in the Residential Home.

• Assists engineer on Installation and Qualification of equipment used in the warehouse & cleanroom
• Assists the Equipment Engineer on Calibration, Safety, Quality and Efficiency of equipment at the warehouse.
• Participates in Continuous Improvements Program (CIP), Safety Good Catch & Quality Process
• Responsible for day-to-day trouble shooting of warehouse equipment, and clearance of jams and providing equipment assist.
• Assists in machine, risk assessment documentations
• Supports regular maintenance, cleaning, calibration of equipment
• Collect data from equipment and make continual improvements with Engineer's guidance, in the area of machine performance

Job Requirement:

• ITE/Diploma holder with relevant technical discipline
• Training will be provided using buddy system and coaching from engineers.
• Compensation will commensurate with experience

Local Financial Reporting, Taxation & Financial Management:

• Responsible for precise accounting records for the company's local operations
• Manage tax filing tasks, encompassing corporate tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax, to optimize tax provisions and streamline compliance
• Collaborate closely with external auditors and tax agents to effectively address audit and tax-related concerns
• Act as the primary contact for all tax inquiries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential tax risks
• Enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls, and procedures for optimal efficiency and compliance
• Review and validate daily payment requests
• Fulfill other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CFO and Managing Directors

Group-Level Financial Management:

• Coordinate and support group-wide activities, including group audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and the implementation of the IHQ program
• Contribute to conducting of internal audits for group subsidiaries
• Assist in streamline financial processes to meet the unique requirements of the IHQ incentive program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• ACCA or CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years working in Corporate Finance in multinational companies and large accounting firms
• Demonstrated expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Navision
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is preferred as the incumbent requires to liaise with o oversea counterparts

Role :

Perform engineering duties in equipment installation, testing and after sales service.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out on site equipment installation, testing and commissioning

· Perform maintenance, trouble shoot and repair of environmental machinery and system

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE certificate (Nitec) / Diploma in mechanical or electrical fields / alternatively, candidates who possess relevant qualifications and experience in machine trouble shooting and repairing

• To be involved in machine installation and commissioning

What you will do

Project Management:

Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for experienced full-time Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support and advice to Manufacturing Technicians on new programs and/or ongoing program enhancements. Develop and conduct tests to enhance manufacturing processes, monitor and compile test data, perform problem solving and provide technical support to resolve technical issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and Tool/Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
• Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
