You will:

· Provide direct quality nursing care in compliance with Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS) and propose improvements where needed.

· Carry out nursing procedures such as dressing and naso-gastric tube feeding as directed.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives centred on key domains such as fall prevention, infection control, wound care management etc.

· Document resident conditions and track rehabilitation progress in the digital platform that the nursing home uses.

Job Responsibilities: -

Primary Responsibilities: -

- Drive the growth of YMS-Retail Enrollment through strategic planning, effective implementation, and meticulous monitoring of advertising and promotion activities for Retail Schools.

Area of Accountability:

- Achieve and exceed Retail Schools’ Enrollment budget targets.

Advertising and Promotion

- Contribute to the planning and execution of Retail YMS annual Advertising and Promotion (A&P) plans.

(a) Campaign / Creative Execution

- Assist in executing quarterly campaigns from ideation to design and copywriting.

- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for campaign content when necessary.

- Develop campaign artworks based on approved sizing for social media and Google.

- Ensure seamless implementation of campaign details across multiple channels, including our official website.

(b) Digital Marketing (BTL)

- Execute daily social media posts across multiple platforms.

- Conceptualize and design digital content, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guidelines.

- Support Retail branches with the design and development of Trial Lesson schedules and announcements.

- Ensure Trial Lesson details are successfully implemented across various channels, including our official website.

- Monitor various media platforms and propose new social media tools to enhance online presence.

(c) Print Advertising (ATL)

- Design and develop official posters for events, competitions, and examinations.

- Assist Retail branches with ATL materials for non-digital channels.

- Support the maintenance and replenishment of in-store marketing collaterals.

Concerts, Competition and Events

- Undertake curricular and administrative projects, assisting in the organization of concerts, festivals, and other events.

Yamaha Electone Festival (YEF), Yamaha Junior Original Concert (JOC), Yamaha Junior Piano Competition (YJPC)

- Work collaboratively in marketing, operations, and logistics across various events.

- Develop and design administrative documents, including rules and regulations, registration forms, and grading sheets.

- Ensure budget adherence and tracking.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure timely execution and delivery of events.

Ad-hoc Projects - Area Marketing and Competitor Survey

- To Conduct area market exercises at interim periods; collate data and understand each district's market development to introduce courses that meet specific needs.

- Collaborate with Music Professionals to update and introduce courses in line with the growth objectives of pop music and adult music courses.

- Carry out Adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Marketing Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.

- Preferably 2 years of work experience in marketing and/or advertising; fresh graduates are welcome.

- Familiarity with various social media and digital channels, including digital marketing tools.

- Proficient in online design tools such as Canva.

- Knowledge of Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Previous experience in data management, business analytics, or statistics is advantageous.

- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, staying abreast of the latest market trends.

- Confident, proactive, and dynamic team player passionate about making a positive impact.

- Highly motivated and self-driven.

- Problem-solver capable of efficiently multitasking across multiple projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform overall hands-on operation in Finished Goods / Service warehouse and generating inventory count.
• Picking using Scanner and scanning of Serial number for all Products.
• Organizing and monitoring inventory, repacking as and when required.
• Loading and unloading packages as per requirement and conduct inbound checking.
• Perform the required steps of item receiving and putaway.
• Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication.

Competencies:

• Possess forklift operating license
• Experience in Warehouse Operation
• Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
