- BDM oversees customer service in order to deliver the highest level of service

Requirements:

• Good experience in Food product launches and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Expert on preparing various Food products SOP in different languages especially in English, Tamil and Malay
• Hands on experience in Analyzing financial records and preparing budgets.
• Improving processes by recommending operational changes
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Preparing project and productivity reports and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for future business development and expansion

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in any streams
• 3-7 years’ experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing
• Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS
• Ability to win the RFP by showcasing the complete success stories of Faasos Food Product knowledge and bring more business
• Ability to lead the team and complete the end to end Infra setup for Food & Beverage Customers
• Ability to provide new strategies and coordinate with the customers on New Food Product Launches
• Expertise in F&B Accounts Management and provide complete setup for customers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in respective category matters to achieve budget sales and gross profits
• Assist in ensuring price competitiveness against competitors for respective categories
• Assist in ensuring no major issues relating to out of stocks for advertised offers/ major promotions
• Assist in gathering relevant sales and profit contribution for listed SKUs
• Assist in preparing information/notice/planning documents
• Attend overseas procurement, inspection visits and trade events when required
• Basic data entry
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years or more of relevant working experience
• Familiar with the relevant trade industry players and SFA’s licensing and polices pertaining to food safety compliance and routine audit from the relevant authorities for the categories
• Prior experience working on either side of the buying or supply of the category in the supermarket retail trade would be advantageous
• Tertiary education with special focus study on Food Science and Technology would be a plus
• Possess driving license would be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
• Plan, coordinate, execute and host daily live streaming on Shopee, Tiktok, META and other platforms as assigned.
• Preferably able to provide health talks for offline events, or record videos related to health talks for social media, if any.
• Conduct product training
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance and live streaming metrics to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
• Account / Client Relationship Management to strengthen relationship with clients through periodic business reviews and activity updates.
• Manage a pool of part-time or ad-hoc content creators and live streamers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in publishing social media content online and hosting live streaming.
• Preferably with Nutritionist/Dietitian background.
• Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live).
• Excellent visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full time position and work schedule will be from Mondays to Saturdays (6 days work week) based on hybrid work arrangement.
