Summary:

The Strategic Procurement Manager, I-SEA and TAS, is responsible for leading and implementing regional category strategies, driving procurement initiatives, and supporting local procurement targets, supplier performance, and innovation. They serve as the primary business partner for the LOCs, ensuring alignment between local and regional procurement activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery by coordinating resources across the GREFP teams.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement category strategies and provide regional input to global strategies.
• Ensure targets in the LOCS (savings, DPO, compliance) are met.
• Create a pipeline of initiatives to meet targets and track progress.
• Work with TBS to translate end-user requirements into sourcing activities and support SP&I.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and building strong business relationships.
• Understand organizational challenges and adapt strategies to support evolving needs.
• Foster a culture of compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Manage project progress and ensure effective organizational project management (roadmap, governance, risks, reporting)

You will support the daily guest service operations in our Hotel. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables guests’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Acting Assistant Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure all guests are attended to at the Front Desk
• Issue apartment access key cards
• Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs
• Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
• Manage guests’ accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
• Perform simple bookkeeping
• Make and confirm reservations
• Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests
• Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
• Perform related tasks as assigned

Responsibilities include:

Lead and execute the business development Initiative of the Masters and FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP and FM TIP)

· Conduct market research, data analysis and organise information for marketing strategy for MSc TIP and FM TIP

· Organise and coordinate programme outreach in a timely and cost-effective manner

· Initiate and organise discussion with various partners and stake holders for program outreach.

Oversee marketing and recruitment. Plan and organise programme info sessions and lead the content development for programme publicity

· Organise and coordinate local and overseas roadshows and info sessions.

· Prepare programme collaterals

· Oversee digital marketing campaign

· Create social media contents and consolidate alumni success stories.

Track and follow up on effectiveness of outreach and adjust the marketing approach accordingly

· Follow up on various marketing efforts to track the effectiveness

· Enhance programme branding.

Oversee student management, student wellbeing, alumni engagement and oversee administrative support

· Attend to student queries, well being and integration

· Plan and execute student engagement activities

· Oversee administrative support required for sound implementation of the Programme.

Oversee experiential learning

· Oversee the experiential learning such as company visit or ecosystem exposure

· Oversee the Venture Internship elective module to ensure proper running and documentation.

Plan and oversee the operating budget and grant of the Programme

· Plan and oversee the operating budget for running both MSc TIP and FM TIP

· Process claims from grants, where available

· Attend to audit query and exercise.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in any discipline

· Knowledge in entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem

· Knowledge in marketing, branding and project management

· Budget planning and revenue projection

· Experience in processing claims from grants

· Preferably with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in university school environment

· Experience in marketing, branding and outreach

· Experience in conducting fact finding and analysing data

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

· Experience in working with professors and students, government agencies and international organisations will be advantageous

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Capability to work independently to drive the execution of projects

· Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently, even under tight deadlines

· Meticulous and eye for details in organising information and tracking work progress
