The Opportunity:

Duties:

• Reconcile and maintain petty cash & bank balances
• Reconcile daily sales with payment gateway platform
• Ensure monthly settlement of sellers' accounts for sales are reconciled
• Reconcile and maintain inventory records on a timely basis
• Ensuring suppliers' invoices are keyed correctly into the accounting system on a timely basis

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for the Hotel.
• Handle Hotel Building Maintenance services for aircon, lighting, electrical and plumping services.
• Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to instruction.
• Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.
• Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NTC 3 / NiTEC / Higher NiTEC in Engineering
• (Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Building and Facilities) or equivalent.

• Skills knowledge of Building M&E services or basic knowledge of building repairs
