Purpose of Job

Responsible for safety and security of the guests and employees of YWCA Fort Canning and all properties there-in. Guard all entrances to ensure that no unauthorized persons are permitted to enter YWCA Fort Canning. Assists in the detention of person/s found committing criminal offences.

Job responsibilities

• Safeguard the property of guests, employees and premises from theft, vandalism, arson and other criminal acts, and take appropriate actions against any person/s doing so.
• Make regular rounds of all corridors and areas in YWCA Fort Canning.
• Be familiar with all entrances and exits where unauthorized person/s may gain entry.
• Record all unusual incidents and report to the Security Manager without delay.
• Prevent the harassment of guests from unauthorized person/s.
• Provide proper assistance to the Police and Fire services as and when the need arises.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all safety rules and regulations including Fire Fighting. Procedures and equipment, to render assistance in any emergency cases.
• Carry out any other duties or instructions pertaining to the safety and security of YWCA Fort Canning and when directed by the Security Manager/Supervisor and the Management.

Requirements

· Minimum G.C.E. ‘N’ Level.

· Minimum 1 years of working experience as security guard.

· Applicant with Security licence preferred.

1. Job Purpose

1.1. Medical Reports

Executive Assistant/ Senior Executive Assistant will provide operational support in implementing work processes in Medical Report section. The Staff is expected to work independently as well as a team member to fulfil the required tasks within the given time frame.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

2.1. Primary Responsibilities and Duties – Medical Reports (80%)

2.1.1. Provide operational support in the assigned MRO function.

2.1.1.1. Ensure all medical reports and records are managed under strictest confidentiality and security.

2.1.1.2. The Staff is expected to be proficient in the use of electronic systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) to support daily operational functions of MRO.

2.1.1.3. The Staff is expected to assist and provide advice to both internal and external parties with regards to medical records related processes.

2.1.1.4. Register and process medical report requests, including walk-in request and payment.

2.1.1.5. Follow-up with doctors on incomplete medical report requests.

2.1.1.6. Execute administrative duties pertaining to all medical report requests.

2.1.1.7. Manage and resolve urgent and/or difficult cases to ensure that medical reports reach requestor within the stipulated timeline.

2.1.1.8. Retrieve medical records to facilitate report writing and/or records duplication requests from law firms and government agencies.

2.1.1.9. Any other tasks as and when assigned.

2.1.2. Assist in data collection.

2.1.2.1. The Staff is expected to assist the supervisor in compiling the daily volume of the given job task accurately and in a timely manner.

2.1.3. Active participation in improvement projects.

2.1.3.1. The Staff is expected to participate actively in improvement projects by providing solutions and to put in effort as required by the supervisor to implement the improvements.

2.2. Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

2.2.1. Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Executive/Manager

2.2.2. Plan and manage job/task assignment.

2.2.3. Conduct quality check on medical report before release

2.2.4. Assist in the preparation of statistics such as monthly performance report.

2.2.5. Any other tasks as and when assigned.

3. Requirements

3.1. Minimum GCE “A” level or Diploma.

3.2. Attention to details and organizational skills.

3.3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office like Excel and Word to assist in the management of the department’s data.

3.4. Preferably 1 year of working experience in healthcare or service industry.

3.5. Experience in hospital operations will be advantageous.

3.6. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1) Understand and implement Company QEHS Policy and procedures on assigned projects.

In this role, you will support the Head of Department in the implementation of WSH programmes in EGH. Job Responsibilities

· In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

· Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.

· Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

· Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.

· Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.

· To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.

· Required skills: design development, design management.

· Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino are advantage, at least is able to read and extract information from 3D models prepared in Revit or Rhino format.
