We're looking for fresh cats to join our Creative Events Team as Graphic Design Intern, where you will learn to conceptualise and come up with multi-disciplinary projects.

Duration: 3-6 Months (opportunity for extension)

What you will do:

• Assist Creative Director in research, conceptualise and develop ideas for creative proposals
• Space planning and graphic designs for event collaterals (digital and print)
• Design campaign social media visuals and schedule posts
• Liaise with event contractors for print production and logistics
• Source for suppliers and materials
• Provide on-site support for assigned events including set-ups and tear-downs

Ideally we’d like you to have:

• Diploma/ Degree in Visual Communications or related disciplines in other similar field
• Independent and responsible individual to coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Wondrous attitude at work and able to think on your feet with the agility to respond quickly
• Strong graphic communication and design skills
• Proficient knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D modelling software is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets)

Job Description:

• Plan, design and execute marketing cum advertising campaigns across MHC & Subsidiary marketing channels (online & offline) to generate leads and nurture them to conversion through content creation, new ads and promotions.
• Be accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that converts to sales, leads and customer retention. This includes content creation, and managing eDM, SEM & Social Media campaigns.
• Develop, design and grow the company’s brand and social media presence measured through market share, increase followers, likes and engagement.
• Analysing regular weekly marketing data performance and social media metrics with tracking systems to determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
• Provide retention & loyalty marketing support to CRM programmes/campaigns
• Manage brand partnerships and collaborations with various business partners
• Conduct competitor analysis regularly to help MHC brand remain competitive in industry’s landscape
• Provide assistance and support in other projects and events.

Job Requirements:

• A self-driven digital marketer who is proactive and responsible
• Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, committed to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree with at least 1 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in creating content for digital marketing/web/social media
• Experience with content management systems, Google analytics, SEO/SEM, eDM and social/marketing channels
• Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills
• Good analytical skills – reading, interpreting and communicating data
• Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
• Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding on employee benefits insurance programs will be advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities for WESTERN cuisines served in our Hotel Coffee House / Hotel Restaurant.
• To manage cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
• To implement new menu ideas & festive menus for our buffets.
• Report directly to Executive Chef.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possess relevant professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Able to work independently & a good team player.
• 5 days work week.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
