• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs various types and brands of all types of residential & commercial air conditioners.

• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.

• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air-con compressor, fan coil motors etc.

• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers’ residential and commercial premises including chemical washes, chemical overhauls, and general maintenance services.

Requirements

• Looking for someone with a few years of experience in the same trade, responsible, patient..

• Must be able to handle physical work due to job's nature

• Able to use simple mobile technology

• Open to learning

• Able to communicate in Chinese and some basic command in English will be great.

• 6 days’ work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

our have to perform the following tasks independently:

• Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet independently and meet the budget and timeline
• Submit GST, claims, etc., in a timely and accurate manner
• Able to do tax computation and compilation
• Attend to client's enquiries professionally in English and/or Mandarin (Able to handle queries from English and Chinese speaking associates in regards with the tax computation and compilation, GST filing, and other accounting matters.)
• Meticulous and work with tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (Able to handle queries from English and Chinese speaking associates in regards with the tax computation and compilation, GST filing, and other accounting matters.)
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in an accounting or audit firm is preferred
• The candidate can be considered for a senior position if possesses relevant years of experience and/or CA qualification
• Good team player and interaction skills
