• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write technical/ functions specifications.
• Analyse business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop new or existing applications under Microsoft or SharePoint platform and utilize other suitable tools (e.g., Power Platform, Nintex, scripting, etc) available to enhance the applications.
• Digitize manual forms and automate processes using Office 365 apps to improve on operational efficiency and staff productivity.
• Provide training and support to business users of the deployed solutions.
• Develop SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations and ensure these are up-to date.
• Prepare and submit progress reports/ dashboards to superior.
• Run community engagement to encourage digital adoption and grow citizen developer community.
• Administer websites to ensure they always run efficiently and securely.
Job Specifications
Minimum Education / Qualifications
• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
• 2 years experiences in developing SharePoint and low code applications, and managing workflow tools.
Knowledge/Skills
• Experiences in Office 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, SPFx, RPA, and/ or workflow tool (e.g., Nintex, Workato, K2, etc).
• Experiences in software development and scripting (e.g., Javascript, Powershell, etc).
• Experiences in project management.
• Experiences in UI/ UX design will be an advantage.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work and deliver under tight timeline.
